When the Golden Race invited other races to join them in the stars, three sentient races answered their call. The Goldens called them the Bronze, Silver and Heroic Tribes. Just before the Gold Tribe left to travel to another Universe, a fourth race appeared, traveling to the stars on their own accomplishments. The Golds named the human race the Iron Tribe. During the passing of time, humanity suffers at the hands of the more dominant races and is now facing extinction. Following a prophecy left by the Gold Tribe, Princess Deianeira sets out to search for the powerful being who might be able to save humankind. She meets a wild haired boy on an abandoned planet – a fateful encounter that will not only change the fortunes of Humanity, but also the fate of the universe.

Tired of emo main male characters? Then this is the anime for you Lol…
It may not before everyone and it`s not something i oten enjoy but i found my self watching episod after episod with out fail. you want to know what happens next a more importantly what the ending will be for Age.
Heroic age is good, the story isnt left unfinished or rushed in the end but goes on a good pace. the end is everything you dream some animes would end like but left you dry. dnt worry just watch it to end and you will be glad you did.
I really enjoyed this series. I was very much interested in the philosophical ideas and I find it quite profound. It promotes peace and makes me wonder why do people prefer to fight instead of learning more about themselves, our planet and this universe.
Truly a masterpiece. The current rating does not do justice to this anime. Story, art, music, etc… are all well done. The fansubbing in terms of encoding and texting may need work and that would be due to the fansub group and not the fault of the anime itself. So giving this a rating below 9 is a grave error
Good story, great soundtrack, epic sci-fi battles.
Truly epic space opera. A must-see to anyone who has some warm feelings towards a (romantic) sci-fi genre.
It`s utterly ridiculous how underrated this anime is, this is definitely a must see one. A fair rate would be 8.25
Amazing. Starts a little weirdly but then catches up. Awesome fight scenes, progressive story that never slows down, slight romance without any angst and finally a good ending that ties all ends. A must watch for everyone.
