More weird fun in this latest installment of the series. you don`t need to watch previous seasons in order to enjoy this.
And did i mention it has some great animation sequences?
Despite a lack of witty dialogues, Nekomonogatari`s darker tone manages to grab you in all through out. Despite already knowing how this entire ordeal will end, and what`s to come after, it still manages to keep you interested. This, and even better animation, makes Nekomonogatari yet another good entry in the Monogatari series.
Recommended.
Waaaaay better than Nisemonogatari. Only 4 episodes long, this TV Special covers the events prior to Bakemonogatari but after Kizumonogatari, where Hanekawa encounters the Curse Cat for the first time. A must-watch for fans of the series.
More than great to watch it. It focused on the story how Hanekawa got her curse before Bakemongatari 1st aired. Don`t miss it!
A must see for Bakemonogatari fans. Story focuses on Hanekawa and Araragi, there relationship was a mystery in Bakemonogatari, so this refreshing to finally understand it came to be. Same comedy as the other stories, but like the other sequels and prequels this unveils in depth the underlying reason the heroines get cursed. Now to wait on the prequel to this to learn about the vampire arc.
Top class animation. If you enjoyed any of the other shows of these series, you will definitely love this one as well.

This is the highest-budget *monogatari production yet, and it shows. It looks phenomenal, and for everyone who was frustrated by the superficiality of Nisemonogatari, Neko is a reassuring response. It absolutely lives up to the original series, and revived my excitement for S2 that I thought Nise had put to death.
