Hello Guys! Due to an error on my side, the support ticket system was not set up as intended and thus resulted into most of you not able to view replies from us. This also ended up the user not being able to view their past tickets. From now on, Guest Tickets (ones that don’t require registration) will be disabled and you will be Forced to Register and Login before any tickets can submitted. To ALL who sent Support and Donation Help Tickets before November 11, 2015, Your previous tickets will have to be redone. You need to make a new ticket after registration in order for us to
reply to you. All Reupload Requests sent before the aforementioned date would still be Processed as before. However, we are lacking in people that can answer all these requests so please bear with the slow response. Also, please read the guidelines on the Support Page before sending them.
