[Yamada Seina] is a very unlucky boy, not only is he himself unlucky, but others around him suffer from his bad luck as well. When making a delivery to the Masaki residence he encounters [Amane], a Galaxy Police Transporter (GXP) detective. Amane mistakes him for [Tenchi]`s student, and quickly recruits him for the GXP. The insecure Seina is soon surrounded by four attractive women, who seem to be able to cancel out his bad luck. But which one of them will be able to win his heart?
Note: The GXP story takes place in the OVA universe, two years after the end of [Tenchi Muyo! Ryo-Ohki]. It has no relation to either TV series ( [Tenchi Muyo! Tenchi Universe] or [Tenchi Muyo! Tenchi in Tokyo]). And it is not a continuation of the Tenchi Muyou OVA, but an unrelated branch of its setting.
