Railgun is better watched after having seen Index, being a side story of it. That way you can avoid not understanding some things which aren`t explained.

Railgun is more comedy/slice of life than Index, but does it wonderfully. I laughed so many times while watching! I may have enjoyed it more than Index because of this, or maybe it`s just because I like Misaka.

The story takes place before and during the events of Index, but doesn`t have much relevance to it. I was hoping we`d get some Misaka imouto in this one, but unfortunately it never progressed to that point.

But yeah, overall, a very enjoyable watch! And as a bonus, both the OPs and EDs are awesome songs.

A very enjoyable show from the Toaru Majutsu no Index-universe. Despite it being a 24-episode series full of side-stories and fillers, it`s a really entertaining show – especially if you have seen the first Index-series, but it works without that as well.

This anime contains some of the coolest powers i have ever seen, great characters and lots of awesomeness. One of the best 10/10

Addictive. Likable characters, interesting story lines, and lots of eye candy. Had a blast watching this. Highly recommended. Wish there were more series like this.

Very nice action, entertaining and funny. I liked it, chicks with powers are always a big win! This series is definitively not a MUST WATCH but its good enough to kill some time 🙂

Funny, mÃ³e, awesome tsundere … Is there anything better ??

This anime combines great humor with touching tragedy elements. The couple of main characters (Misaka Mikoto and Shirai Kuroko) is really excellent. Iâve fallen in love with both of them. Other characters are fine too. Psychic abilities are finally interesting and pretty.

MUCH better than the original. I recommend this to everyone. Great anime with lots of fun and good action.

A pretty good spinoff from Majutsu no Index. Action packed, fun and with a good storyline.

I rarely cry weather i`m happy or sad but the endding of this anime brought me to tears. Happy or sad you ask? You find out! This is one of the most awsome anime`s out there and after watching it i feel like i must go read the manga. If your ever in doubt about what anime to watch you havent seen this one is for you.
