Yuuki`s recurring nightmarish flashbacks make her want to regain her lost memories, and investigate the events of 10 years ago. A visit to the Association`s library, that chronicles the extensive history of the war between the vampires and the vampire hunters, promises some answers.
Zero, temporarily cured from the fate of becoming an out of control Level E vampire, continues to care for and protect Yuuki, and is well aware of the foreboding signs of a soon to occur showdown between the vampire factions.
